This is a fun painting that I did when I put together the words Winnie the Wu and "Wu tang is for the children". I grew up listening to Wu Tang and Gangsta rap so once I thought of this concept I had to create the painting. I added some other fun little elements like; there are 10 "KILLA" bees that represent the 10 original members of the Wu Tang Clan. The pot says C.R.E.A.M instead of HONEY which of coarse stands for "CASH RULES EVERYTHING AROUND ME", and lastly Winnie is rockin a Wu hoodie. The original was painted with layering spray paint, acrylic and oil on wood panel. This is a dope piece for any Wu-Tang fan or lowbrow, urban street art collector. And remember "Wu Tang is for the children" so this would be great in a kids room too!
