I created this painting when I learned how many amazing songs were created with the Roland 808 drum machine and what a game changer it was in the music industry. Just an example the first his single was Marvin Gaye Sexual Healing. Many of the hip hop and rap songs were created on this device as well. I used a custom brush that I cut down to a few hairs to get some of the fine detail in this one.
